Experience : 12+ years total; led 20+ member software teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solve complex technical/business challenges while driving high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement culture.
- Set expectations, mentor engineers (including coaching underperformers), remove blockers, and collaborate cross-functionallyhands-on when needed.
Mandatory Skills :
- Front-end : HTML/DOM/CSS, React, TypeScript
- Cloud : AWS services
- Containerization : Docker, Kubernetes
- Proven GraphQL implementation experience
Qualifications :
- Track record managing 20+ engineers; technical depth across full stack.
