What you'll do :

- Architect & build the Crest platform.

- Design secure, scalable, API-driven systems that integrate with aggregators, banks, brokerages & custodians.

- Build tools for portfolio tracking, reporting, and compliance.

- Hire, mentor & lead a high-performance engineering team.

What we're looking for :

- Strong full-stack experience (modern JS + backend services).

- Deep cloud-native development skills (AWS / GCP / Azure).

- Secure API design & systems integration expertise.

- Background in fintech, wealthtech, or banking platforms.
