Engineering Manager - Frontend

Role Overview :

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead frontend teams building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
The candidate should combine deep technical expertise with strong people management and agile leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Drive architecture decisions and enforce best practices for frontend scalability and maintainability.

- Build and manage high-performing engineering teams through mentoring and technical leadership.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.

- Establish testing frameworks and ensure automated test coverage.

- Implement agile practices and track team velocity, delivery, and quality metrics.

- Ensure frontend security, accessibility, and performance optimization.

- Oversee hiring, skill development, and career growth of team members.

Must-Have Skills :

- Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress, Protractor).

- Proven leadership in managing agile engineering teams.

- Knowledge of frontend performance tuning and scalability patterns.

Nice-to-Have :

- Familiarity with React/Vue.js ecosystems.

- Exposure to CI/CD, cloud-based deployments, and DevOps.

- Strong stakeholder management experience.

Qualifications :

- 15+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

- Strong track record of managing distributed and agile teams
