Technical Skills :

- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis.

- Cloud: AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3 RDS, ElastiCache).

- Integration: REST APIs, GraphQL, Kafka/SQS.

- Security: JWT, OAuth, RBAC/ABAC patterns.

- Monitoring: ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana.

Must-Have :

- Proven experience designing distributed systems.

- Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design.

- Experience with event-driven architectures.

Good to have :

- AI-assisted development experience (Cursor AI/Claude code/Copilot).

- Define AI development standards and best practices.

- Review AI-generated code for architectural compliance.

- Establish code quality gates for AI-assisted development.

- Mentor team on effective AI tool utilization.
