We are looking for an Engineering Manager who can lead delivery across modern technology projects with a strong balance of execution focus, engineering understanding, and people leadership.

This role is suited for someone who can work closely with architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered with quality, predictability, and control.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead delivery of engineering initiatives across modern application and platform stacks

- Manage engineering teams and provide direction on execution, quality, and delivery planning

- Work with architects and functional teams to convert solution plans into actionable delivery plans

- Drive sprint planning, execution tracking, issue resolution, and dependency management

- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality expectations

- Identify delivery risks early and work with teams to resolve them proactively

- Support cross-team collaboration where multiple groups or business units are involved

- Coach and guide engineers and leads to improve delivery discipline and engineering practices

Skills & Experience :

- 1014 years of experience in software engineering and delivery

- At least 24 years in an engineering management, technical delivery management, or similar leadership role

- Good exposure to modern engineering environments involving microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and scalable application design

- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with engineering delivery practices around CI/CD and release management

- Strong understanding of engineering lifecycle, delivery governance, and team coordination

- Ability to manage both technical and delivery conversations in a balanced way

- Exposure to automation programs, AI-assisted engineering initiatives, or productivity improvement programs will be an added advantage

Preferred Certifications :

- AWS / Azure / GCP certifications

- Scrum Master or Agile certification

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent delivery certification

- Any architecture or engineering management-related certification

Preferred Domain Exposure :

- Experience in one or more of the following will be useful

- Supply Chain

- Manufacturing

- Music / Digital platforms

- Financial Services

- Large-scale modernisation or transformation programs
