Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Security Engineering Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of cloud security strategies across our Azure infrastructure. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of enterprise-grade security tools, risk management practices, and team development to safeguard our cloud environments effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning and execution of security strategies for Azure cloud infrastructure.

- Implement, configure, and manage enterprise security tools, including Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and Tenable Security Center/Nessus.

- Conduct regular security audits, threat modeling, and risk assessments, and oversee timely remediation efforts.

- Define and enforce cloud security policies, controls, and best practices across teams.

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing cloud security engineering team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into DevOps and cloud-native initiatives.

- Stay up to date with the latest cloud security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in Azure Security architecture and tools.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel.

- Proficiency in vulnerability management tools such as Tenable Security Center/Nessus.

- Proven track record in leading and delivering large-scale cloud security projects.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
