We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager - Cloud Development who can lead a team of backend and cloud engineers while also contributing to system design and technical decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex system-level challenges, exploring new technologies, and building highly reliable and scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of cloud and backend engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based infrastructure.

- Drive architecture decisions and ensure best practices for cloud development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and platform teams.

- Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

- Encourage innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.

- Review code, provide technical guidance, and support complex problem solving.

- Manage project delivery timelines and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in backend development and cloud technologies.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Solid knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and system design.

- Experience with API development and scalable infrastructure.

- Strong understanding of performance optimization, reliability, and security practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

- Ability to explore new technologies and drive innovation.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience managing or leading engineering teams.

- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
