Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving performance and growth.
- Build and scale backend systems with best practices in security, reliability, and performance.
- Own delivery of complex projects end-to-end.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and ML teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Influence the technical roadmap and establish engineering standards.
Minimum Requirements :
- Strong backend/full-stack development experience (Python, Ruby on Rails, Golang, Node.js, PHP).
- Proven expertise in distributed systems, data modeling, and scalable architectures.
- Hands-on experience delivering projects at scale.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI workflows (RAG, agents, calibration, AI-era security).
- Experience conducting performance reviews and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and proactive problem-solving.
