We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager Android to lead high-performing mobile teams and build scalable, high-quality Android applications. This role requires a strong combination of hands-on Android expertise, system design, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and scale a team of Android engineers, driving ownership, quality, and timely delivery. Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance Android applications.

- Collaborate with product, backend, and design teams to build seamless user experiences.

- Define and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and engineering best practices.

- Drive agile development, sprint planning, and frequent release cycles.

- Mentor engineers and build a strong technical culture and talent pipeline.

Key Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java Deep expertise in Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, Room)

- Experience with MVVM / MVP / Clean Architecture patterns trong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations

- Experience working closely with backend systems and microservices

- Expertise in performance optimization, memory management, and app stability

- Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso)

- Proficiency in Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

- Familiarity with Jira/Agile tools

- Strong understanding of design patterns and scalable mobile architecture

- Prior experience in designing end-to-end systems with backend integration 2+ years of experience in engineering/technical management

- Proven ability to hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent

- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and fast release cycles (bi-weekly or faster)

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
