Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery of software engineering, AI/ML and GenAI projects for enterprise clients.

- Act as the primary technical contact and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Lead solution architecture, system design, code reviews, and technical delivery.

- Drive AI/ML, GenAI and MLOps adoption across client solutions.

- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, KPIs and client communication.

- Lead, mentor and develop software, data and ML engineering teams.

- Support hiring, technical interviews, onboarding and team capability building.

- Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, POCs, reusable accelerators and technical thought leadership.

Required Skills :

- 6-10 years of experience in software engineering with exposure to Data, Analytics or AI/ML.

- Strong hands-on experience in Python and modern software engineering practices.

- Experience with System Design, APIs, CI/CD, Git and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Practical experience in AI/ML, GenAI, NLP, LLM applications and/or MLOps.

- Experience managing or mentoring engineering teams and delivering client projects.

- Strong client-facing, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MS/MTech is a plus.
