We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team building scalable, customer-facing products. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, people management experience, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end product development in a product startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor engineering teams while driving delivery and engineering excellence.

- Own end-to-end product development from architecture to production.

- Define technical strategy and scalable system architecture.

- Drive code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, security, and performance best practices.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams.

- Hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent.

- Contribute to architecture reviews and hands-on technical decisions.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of Software Engineering experience.

- 2+ years of Engineering Management experience.

- Strong Backend or Full Stack development background.

- Expertise in Distributed Systems, Microservices, APIs, Databases, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Strong understanding of CI/CD, System Design, Security, Scalability, and Production Operations.

- Experience working in Agile product engineering environments.

- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Product-Based Startup experience is mandatory.

- End-to-End Product Development experience.

- 2+ years of Engineering Management experience.

- Hands-on technical leadership with architecture and coding involvement.
