We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership, people management, project execution, and strategic decision-making capabilities.

This role involves managing engineering teams, overseeing software development lifecycles, driving technical excellence, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of business and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage software engineering teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

- Drive end-to-end project execution including planning, estimation, resource allocation, delivery tracking, and stakeholder management.

- Define engineering processes, coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

- Oversee system design, application architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality, security, and operational standards.

- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development of engineering team members.

- Drive Agile/Scrum practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.

- Manage technical risks, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and escalation handling.

- Review code quality, technical designs, and engineering deliverables.

- Monitor engineering metrics, team productivity, system performance, and delivery efficiency.

- Collaborate with leadership on technology roadmap planning and engineering strategy.

- Ensure applications and systems follow security, compliance, governance, and operational best practices.

- Promote automation, DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and engineering efficiency improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 8 to 15 years of overall experience in software engineering or technology delivery.

- 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership or people management roles.

- Strong hands-on experience in software development using technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, Node.js, or related stacks.

- Experience in designing scalable enterprise applications and distributed systems.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud computing, and system integration.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and engineering delivery management.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional teams effectively
