As a Engineering Manager, you'll combine your deep technical expertise with your passion for people management to guide your team to success, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and contributing to Aviato's growth.

Mandatory Experience :

- 2+ years of experience in a people management role (e.g., Engineering Manager, Development Manager).

- 7+ years of experience in the software development industry.

- Proven hands-on experience in software development and system architecture.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies.

- Excellent ability to translate complex technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders (Product Managers, Operations, etc.) and effectively mediate team conflicts.

Beneficial/Optional Experience :

- Experience with Cloud technologies, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.

- Project Management experience.
