Engineering Manager

Description : The ideal candidate will drive scalable, data-driven solutions while owning delivery, quality, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Data Science, Data Engineering, and Full Stack engineering teams

- Own end-to-end SDLC, system architecture, and technical delivery

- Drive design, code reviews, and engineering best practices

- Oversee Machine Learning model development, deployment, and performance

- Build and maintain scalable, data-driven platforms

- Collaborate with product, business, and stakeholder teams

- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists

- Ensure timely, high-quality releases and delivery commitments

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 18-23 years of overall IT experience

- Strong hands-on Data Science & Machine Learning experience (mandatory)

- Python with ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

- Experience with Data Pipelines, ETL, Spark / PySpark

- Strong Full Stack exposure

1. Backend : Java / .NET / Node.js / Python

2. Frontend : Angular / React

- Experience with Microservices architecture and APIs

- Cloud platforms : AWS / Azure / GCP

- Databases : SQL & NoSQL

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile / SDLC experience

Education :

- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA

- Computer Science or related discipline
