Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager / Technical Leader to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality products. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with people leadership, execution ownership, and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers with strong ownership and accountability.

- Drive end-to-end execution of product features with high quality and speed.

- Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and best practices.

- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.

- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Leadership teams on roadmap and priorities.

- Ensure engineering excellence across coding standards, testing, and delivery processes.

- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.

- 5+ years of overall software engineering experience.

- 2+ years in engineering or technical leadership roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with C# or TypeScript/JavaScript.

- Experience with SQL or NoSQL/document databases.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum environments.

- Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and scale engineering teams.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong execution mindset with a quality-first approach.

- Startup or high-growth product experience.

- Experience working on scalable SaaS or platform products.

- Exposure to security, automation, or platform engineering domains.
