Engineering Leader - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

As an AI/ML Engineering Leader, you will architect and scale intelligent enterprise solutions, driving innovation and automation to transform business outcomes. This role focuses on leading enterprise-scale AI adoption, with a strong emphasis on LLMs, Generative AI, and MLOps within the tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute AI/ML roadmaps aligned with business KPIs, driving enterprise-scale transformations.

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and agentic AI workflows.

- Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific applications, optimizing inference efficiency.

- Build scalable CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring, ensuring ethical AI governance.

- Develop advanced NLP solutions leveraging transformer-based architectures for knowledge management.

- Implement AI-driven service transformation for platforms like ServiceNow.

- Architect and deploy AI solutions on AWS SageMaker and Bedrock environments.

- Design scalable ETL pipelines and enforce data governance standards for AI readiness.

Qualifications / Requirements :

- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT/consulting, with at least 5 years in AI/ML engineering leadership.

- Expertise in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, and SageMaker.

- Proven experience in LLM fine-tuning, RAG, Generative AI, NLP, and Vision AI.

- Strong proficiency in MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and explainability.

- Demonstrated experience in cloud-native AI development on AWS.

- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills / Attributes :

- Experience in agentic AI workflow design and autonomous systems.

- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI transformations.

- Familiarity with ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks.

- Strong understanding of cloud-native AI development best practices.
