Engineering Leader

Experience Required :

- 10+ years in software development, with at least 4+ years in a direct engineering leadership role where you've managed teams of 5 or more

- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and have experience overseeing projects involving agentic AI and chatbot integrations

- Hands-on engineering background but operates with commercial agility and a product mindset over a purely technical lens

- 2+ years of experience in fintech and/or real estate

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Leadership : Architectural vision and expertise to designing and building scalable, full-stack web applications, preferably marketplace platforms

Team Management : Build and lead high-performing engineering, data, infrastructure, and AI/ML teams. Foster a culture of excellence, speed, and innovation.

Platform Strategy & Scale : Define and implement a technical roadmap focused on platform scalability, modular architecture, observability, and performance optimization.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner closely with product and business teams to ensure the tech roadmap aligns with growth goals and customer needs.

Vendor and Tooling Oversight : Evaluate, select, and manage third-party technology partners (e.g., CRM, LLM, WhatsApp stack) to ensure reliability and scalability.
