About the Role :

Drive technical excellence, mentor teams, and deliver pixel-perfect, high-performing apps from concept to Play Store release.

Key Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years in software engineering, with deep expertise in Android SDK, Kotlin, Java.

- Proven track record in architecting, building, and deploying large-scale Android apps.

- Strong grasp of design patterns (MVC, MVVM), REST API integration, and UI/UX best practices.

- Experience with Jetpack Compose, multi-threading, performance optimization, and Git.

- Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Android development for multiple products, ensuring quality and performance.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, testers, and product teams.

- Review code, guide engineers, and ensure adherence to platform conventions.

- Optimize apps, monitor testing coverage, and improve build pipelines.
