About the Role :

Were building Lume an AI-driven learning platform at the intersection of technology and human potential. Were looking for an Engineering Lead who understands both product and tech someone who can translate vision into architecture, lead with clarity, and ship production-grade systems fast.

This is a high-ownership role for a hands-on technologist who thrives in building and scaling new products using AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Be hands-on and lead end-to-end development of Lume, from concept to production.

- Architect and own frontend, backend, and system integrations.

- Drive engineering culture, code quality, and team best practices.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI teams to align technical direction with product goals.

- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Mentor developers and guide AI-assisted development practices.

Tech Stack :

React.js | Node.js | GraphQL | PostgreSQL | MongoDB | AWS

What Were Looking For :

- 6+ years of full-stack experience with hands-on mastery in React.js and strong backend expertise in Node.js.

- Proven ability to build and deploy production-grade systems.

- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.).

- Product thinker understands trade-offs, user value, and technical execution.

- Optional but valued : familiarity with AI/ML model integration.
