We are hiring Engineering Lead - AI / Agentic Engineering for our client based at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Requirements :

- AI Engineering Lead to own the technical execution of our most important products - and to build the engineering culture.

- This is a hands-on, high-agency role : You will write code, architect systems, ship products, and mentor a growing team of 68 engineers, all at startup speed. You'll work directly with Engineering Leadership and with our customers to shape what we build, how we build it, and how fast it gets into production.

- The right person for this role is a builder first : You think in systems, you move fast without cutting corners that matter, and you get energy from taking something from zero to one. You understand how LLMs and agentic frameworks actually work - not just the API surface, but the internals - and you can translate that understanding into products that solve real problems.

- Architect and ship AI-native products : Design and build production systems using LLMs, autonomous agents, agentic orchestration frameworks, and modern cloud-native infrastructure.

- Establish and evolve best practices across engineering, design, and operations. Build the CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and development workflows that let a small team punch above its weight.

- Collaborate directly with Engineering Leadership and customers to define what we build next. Translate customer problems into technical strategies. Bring a point of view on where AI tooling is headed and how we should position our platform.
