About the Role :

We are looking for an accomplished Head of Engineering to lead our engineering organization and drive the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with React.js, .NET/.NET Core, and Azure or GCP while leading high-performing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead engineering strategy and execution.

- Manage and mentor multiple engineering teams.

- Drive architecture and development of enterprise applications.

- Provide hands-on leadership in React.js, .NET, Azure/GCP.

- Implement Agile, DevOps and CI/CD best practices.

- Ensure scalability, security and performance.

- Collaborate with Product, QA and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills : React.js, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, Azure/GCP, Microservices, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, SQL, NoSQL, System Design, Distributed Systems.

Preferred Skills : Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis, Terraform, Observability, AI/ML Integration, Enterprise Architecture, SaaS Product Development.
