About the Role :

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can collect, organize and analyze complex datasets and convert them into actionable insights. The candidate will work independently on simple and medium-complexity assignments and collaborate with senior team members and business stakeholders on complex analytical projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Extract, clean, transform and analyze data using SQL.

- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or Looker.

- Use Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, or R, for data analysis and modelling.

- Identify patterns, trends and business opportunities from large datasets.

- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and meaningful reports.

- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.

- Work with CRM data and platforms such as Salesforce.

- Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.

- Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards and analytical processes.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker.

- Working knowledge of PythonPandas and NumPyor R.

- Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting and dashboard development.

- Exposure to Salesforce or another CRM platform.

- Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with large and complex datasets.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Eligibility :

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with sales or CRM datasets.

- Knowledge of data visualization and storytelling best practices.

- Understanding of data quality and validation techniques.

- Experience working in an Agile or cross-functional environment.
