We are seeking an experienced Endur Functional Consultant to support energy clients leveraging the ION Endur platform. This role requires 3-5 years of focused Endur experience and demands strong functional expertise across multiple modules, including Front, Mid, and Back Office operations. The Consultant will manage project deliverables, define complex business processes, translate requirements into functional designs, and perform configuration and testing to ensure robust and reliable Endur solutions.

Core Responsibilities :

Functional Expertise & Solution Design :

- Act as a functional expert supporting energy clients utilizing the ION Endur platform through project and support roles.

- Define complex business processes and ensure seamless alignment with Endur system functionality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather precise business requirements and translate them into detailed functional designs and specifications.

Front Office Specialization :

- Assist and support Front Office solution designs in Endur.

- Configure and leverage custom desktops, deal skins, and deal templates.

- Implement complex deal and price formula modeling and manage deal exchange integrations.

- Configure and ensure functionality of live position reporting.

Mid Office Specialization :

- Assist and support Mid Office solution designs in Endur.

- Configure forward price curve modeling and manage pricing integration from industry publications.

- Define custom Endur simulation definitions and configure End Of Day (EOD) workflows.

- Develop and analyze PnL (Profit and Loss) and MTM (Mark-to-Market) reporting.

- Implement credit monitoring and confirmation workflows.

Back Office Specialization :

- Assist and support Back-Office solution designs in Endur.

- Configure and utilize the settlements desktop and manage invoicing workflows.

- Implement and support the cash applied desktop functionality.

- Configure and utilize the accounting manager module for financial postings.

Project Execution and Quality Assurance :

- Manage project tasks and deliverables related to Endur enhancements, upgrades, and full-scale implementations.

- Design comprehensive system test cases in collaboration with business users to validate both functional and technical designs.

- Perform rigorous system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all implemented solutions.

- Configure tasks, workflows, and custom reports in Endur to fully support documented business processes.

Stakeholder Management :

- Manage key relationships with business users and stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandate Skills : Endur (ION Endur) platform expertise.

Experience : 3- 5 years of relevant professional experience with the Endur platform.

Functional Knowledge : Hands-on configuration experience across multiple Endur modules (Front Office, Mid Office, Back Office).

Technical Design : Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and configure custom desktops, workflows, and reports.

Communication : Strong ability to manage stakeholders and define complex business processes clearly.
