Endur Developer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Endur Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience. This is a mid to senior-level position ideal for someone who excels in both technical development and business stakeholder engagement. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Endur solutions while collaborating closely with functional teams, including Front, Middle, and Back Office, Finance, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions in the OpenLink Endur platform.

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions.

- Engage with Front, Middle, and Back Office, Finance, and Operations teams to gather requirements and clarify use cases.

- Lead and support key project deliverables from development through unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Create comprehensive documentation for code, configurations, and system design.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues within the Endur application.

- Stay up to date on the latest Endur releases and technology updates and advise stakeholders on improvements.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

- Provide mentorship to junior team members and act as a knowledge resource for Endur capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficient in JVS, AVS, OpenComponents, and Extension Toolkits.

- Experience with TPM (Transaction Processing Management), Connex, Deal Modelling, and Endur Data Model.

- Strong understanding of energy trading and risk management (ETRM) workflows.

- Hands-on experience working with databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.

- Proven experience in working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Exposure to DevOps tools and Agile development practices is a plus.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
