About the Role :

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on endpoint security platforms, malware analysis, and security operations in hybrid/cloud environments.

Youll collaborate with technical leads, architects, and security teams to ensure resilient, secure, and scalable platforms.

How Youll Make an Impact :

- Manage end-to-end platform engineering for endpoint security tools (AV, EDR, XDR, DLP, Encryption).

- Perform synchronization, monitoring, and health checks of security platforms.

- Analyze configuration settings, policies, custom rule sets, and performance data; provide recommendations to enhance security posture.

- Provide input to client/global security teams on policy changes and improvements.

- Triage and investigate malware alerts with effective response strategies.

- Work with technologies such as SIEM, DLP, UEBA, hybrid and cloud security solutions.

- Collaborate with teams to design and implement secure architectures and deployments.

What Were Looking For

- 6+ years of experience with hands-on expertise in tools such as PAN Cortex, CrowdStrike, Endgame, and MS Defender for Endpoint.

- Strong knowledge of malware, threats, and endpoint protection technologies.

- Experience with deployment tools and MDM solutions.

- Understanding of security-by-design principles and architecture-level security concepts.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).

- Proven ability to work in a 24x7 on-call environment, including shift handovers, escalations, and operational support.

- Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
