Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Engineer with 49 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in managing, securing, and supporting endpoint devices across the enterprise. This role is crucial for maintaining the health, compliance, and performance of our device fleet, ensuring a secure and efficient computing environment for all users. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from deployment and configuration to advanced troubleshooting and security management.

Key Responsibilities :

Endpoint Management : Design, implement, and maintain a robust endpoint management strategy using industry-standard tools. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of endpoint devices, including deployment, patching, software distribution, and configuration management.

Security & Compliance : Ensure all endpoints are compliant with company security policies and regulatory standards. You will implement and manage security controls, including endpoint detection and response (EDR), antivirus, and firewall configurations.

Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert-level support for complex endpoint issues. You will diagnose and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and networking to minimize downtime and enhance user productivity.

Automation : Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline common endpoint management tasks, such as device provisioning, software updates, and security enforcement.

Collaboration & Documentation : Work closely with IT, network, and security teams to ensure a cohesive and secure environment. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed documentation for all endpoint processes and configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 9 years of professional experience as an Endpoint Engineer or in a related role.

- Proven expertise in endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.

- Hands-on experience with security tools such as EDR solutions and antivirus software.

- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (PowerShell, Python, Shell).

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware and software issues.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
