This role involves providing desktop support, business software package preparation and support, and ensuring seamless operations across all European organizations within .

You will be part of a tower in charge of End User Computing Services. The candidate must have Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT support.

Experience in managing desktop support and business package preparation is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Desktop Support Management : Manage all desktop support activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues to maintain optimal productivity

- Business Package Preparation and Support : Manage the preparation, deployment, and support of business packages, ensuring they meet the specific needs of various departments and functions within the organization

- Technical Expertise : Demonstrate proficiency in end user support and business software packaging using Microsoft technologies

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders across different European organizations to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of workplace support activities.

- Compliance and Security : Ensure all workplace support activities comply with relevant regulations and security standards, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of company data.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES :

- Proficiency in desktop support technologies and tools.

- Knowledge of business software package preparation and deployment (both Intune and SCCM for legacy operations)

- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM (Servicenow)
