Were looking for an EUC & Endpoint Security SME to lead enterprise-scale engineering, governance, and modernization across endpoints, mobility, VDI, Zero Trust, and automation.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role shaping the future of device management and endpoint security for a global workforce.

What You Will Own :

Endpoint Management & Engineering :

- Lead configuration, governance, and optimization of UEM/MDM platforms : Intune, Workspace ONE, JAMF, Ivanti/MobileIron.

- Automate onboarding, provisioning, patching & policy enforcement.

- Manage OS imaging, app packaging (MSIX/Intune/SCCM), software deployment & configuration baselines.

- Oversee device lifecycle, telemetry, inventory & license governance.

Endpoint Security & Zero Trust :

- Implement and manage EDR/XDR platforms : Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Carbon Black.

- Own device hardening (CIS/NIST), encryption, MAM/MIM, AV/AM controls.

- Continuously assess posture and drive automated remediation.

- Integrate identity, device health & network controls using Conditional Access, NAC & Zero Trust.

VDI & DaaS Engineering :

- Design, deploy & optimize environments using Citrix, VMware Horizon, AVD, Amazon WorkSpaces.

- Enhance performance, profiles, apps & security policies for hybrid and cloud-hosted VDI.

- Build scaling, DR, and operational strategies for large distributed environments.

AI-Driven Operations & Automation :

- Use AI/ML for endpoint analytics, anomaly detection & intelligent remediation.

- Leverage Copilot, Defender AI, and other automation engines for self-healing endpoints.

- Develop automated workflows for service desk, device monitoring, and rapid resolution.

Governance, Compliance & Operations :

- Maintain EUC policies, standards, baselines & SOPs.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR & internal security frameworks.

- Partner with SOC for endpoint telemetry, threat detection & incident response.

- Lead RCA and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder & User Experience Leadership :

- Work with IT, Cybersecurity, HR & business units to deliver seamless digital workplace experiences.

- Drive modernization : self-service portals, persona-based experiences, AI chat & automation.

- Mentor engineering teams and provide senior technical direction.

What You Bring :

- 10+ years in EUC, endpoint engineering, or endpoint security.

- Deep expertise across Intune, Workspace ONE, JAMF and enterprise UEM ecosystems.

- Hands-on knowledge of :

- Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android.

- Entra ID / Azure AD, AD DS.

- Conditional Access & Zero Trust endpoint models.

- EDR/XDR & device protection tools.

- Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, JSON, Graph API).

- VDI/DaaS (Citrix/AVD/Horizon).

- Strong communication and leadership working across global teams.

Preferred Certifications :

- MD-102 / M365 / Modern Desktop.

- VMware VCP-DTM.

- Citrix CCP-V / CCE-V.

- JAMF Pro.

- Security+.

- Experience with DEX platforms, EUC AI ops, or self-healing solutions is a plus.
