Enabled Analytics - Salesforce Technical Lead - Lightning Component Framework

Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain sophisticated Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and other Force.com tools.

- Translate business requirements and user stories into technical realities within an Agile/Scrum framework.

- Master Salesforce configuration, Workflows, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards to meet client needs.

- Collaborate closely with fellow developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure high-quality, effective solutions.

- Troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and continuously expand your Salesforce skillset.

- Communicate clearly and proactively, managing expectations and contributing positively to team dynamics.

Requirements :

- Core Salesforce Development: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, triggers, Apex APIs, JavaScript, HTML5 CSS, and core Salesforce development principles.

- Lighting Web Components (LWC) Expertise: 2+ years of experience building LWC.

- Platform Expertise: Strong configuration and customization skills within Salesforce.

- Project Experience: Proven ability through at least two full Salesforce implementation cycles (experience with 500+ user environments is a plus).

- Agile Mindset: Familiarity and experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Essential Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

- Certifications: A minimum of three Salesforce certifications is required.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Points For :

- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD II) certification.

- Hands-on experience working in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or Data Cloud.
