We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI/ML Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in advanced AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and building scalable agentic systems that transform enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement GenAI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs and multimodal AI models.

- Lead end-to-end development of intelligent, scalable, and secure AI systems.

- Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for enterprise-grade applications.

- Drive innovation in agentic systems, knowledge graphs, and conversational AI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Cloud, Product, Business) for AI adoption.

- Ensure compliance with ethical AI, privacy, and governance frameworks.

- Contribute to AI/ML best practices, research, and open-source initiatives.

- Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers.

Skills Required :

- 8+ years of overall experience in AI/ML with 3+ years in Generative AI & LLMs.

- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.

- Hands-on experience with transformer models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.).

- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, Vector Databases (Pinecone/FAISS/Weaviate).

- Experience with multimodal AI systems (text, image, speech integration).

- Strong knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and scalability (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

- Cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML services.

- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning pipelines.

- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL pipelines.

- Understanding of AI ethics, fairness, privacy, and governance.

- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

- Contributions to open-source AI projects are highly desirable.
