Role Overview :

As a Technical Architect at Emmvee Technologies, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and secure software solutions that drive our business forward. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints. Your expertise in microservices architecture and cloud technologies will be crucial in shaping the future of our technology platform and ensuring its alignment with our long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate the overall technical vision and architecture for Emmvee's software systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

- Design and implement microservices-based solutions that are scalable, resilient, and maintainable, enabling rapid innovation and deployment.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide guidance and support on architectural decisions, code reviews, and performance optimization.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our software development processes.

- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines, to ensure consistency and clarity across teams.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges, proactively addressing potential issues before they impact project timelines or business outcomes.

- Lead the development of proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate new technologies and architectural approaches.

- Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex software systems using microservices architecture principles.

- Proven expertise in cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

- Experience with database technologies, both relational and NoSQL, and a solid understanding of data modeling and data management principles.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore.
