Responsibilities and Duties :

- Lead and manage a team of MERN Stack Developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

- Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines throughout the development lifecycle.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high code quality and performance.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and implement effective solutions to address challenges.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development, and share knowledge with the team.

Key Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4-7 years of experience in web development, with a focus on MERN stack technologies.

- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.

- Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a deep understanding of their respective ecosystems.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other web services.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git and proficiency in Agile development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
