Eminence Technology - Team Lead - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of data scientists, AI engineers, and ML developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI/ML model development, from research and design to deployment and monitoring.

- Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to drive innovation within the team.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliver impactful AI/ML solutions.

- Ensure that project milestones are clearly defined, tracked, and consistently met according to established timelines and quality standards.

- Provide strong technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and technical expertise.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for AI/ML development, deployment, and maintenance.

- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall direction of the AI/ML initiatives within the organization.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) principles and Agile methodologies within the team.

Qualifications :

- Solid experience with data science methodologies, algorithm design, and statistical analysis.

- Proficient in programming languages essential for AI/ML development, such as Python, R, or Java.

- Strong familiarity with popular AI/ML frameworks and tools including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the capacity to tackle complex technical challenges.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work seamlessly with diverse teams.

- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working with Agile methodologies.

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.

- Experience working in the tech industry or with innovative technologies is a significant plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
