Role & Responsibilities :
- Extensive Product Leadership Experience : 10- 12 years of driving 0- 1 product development, defining MVPs, and executing strategic roadmaps across complex enterprise ecosystems.
- They should be able to create product vision, strategy, and roadmap easily for any complex problem in any space.
- They should be able to quickly grasp business challenges and apply product principles to move forward.
- They should have experimentation mindset and be dynamic and adaptable to ambiguity. Comfortable with OKR framework.
Deep Domain Knowledge :
- Proven expertise across the Sales Lifecycle (Quoting , Billing , Invoicing) with a solid command of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- They must have experience of building scalable products for GTM users(sales) using Salesforce.
AI Product Lifecycle Expertise :
- Led AI-first product initiatives from ideation through experimentation, model deployment, and performance measurement.
- They should be able to differentiate how AI product lifecycle is different from classic product lifecycle, present challenges in this space rationally, and understand why and when to apply AI to building products
Systems Thinking :
- Aligns business strategy, user experience, and technical architecture to design scalable, data-informed ecosystems.
- Focus on data is key, they should have experience in using data to make decisions.
Stakeholder Influence & Relationship Management :
- Leverages data storytelling and insights to gain executive buy-in, simplify complexity, and guide strategic prioritization.
Critical & Strategic Thinking :
- Challenges assumptions, uses data to frame hypotheses, and crafts clear narratives to drive alignment in ambiguous environments.
Documentation Excellence :
- Ensures clarity and accountability through detailed PRDs, roadmaps, and release documentation, improving visibility and cross-team execution.
Cultural Leadership :
- Promotes a culture of transparency, collaboration, and ownership, mentoring and collaborating with teams(senior to entry level) to think strategically and communicate effectively.
Execution Excellence :
- Consistently delivers end-to-end products from inception to launch, measuring impact through defined success metrics and adoption data.
Industry and market research :
- Always on top of the latest and greatest in the industry, and dynamic to adapt to technological changes.
