Modules : ITSM | ITOM | CSM | OMT (Telecom).

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Telecom Order Management (OMT) solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and roadmap.

- Design scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe solutions.

- Lead telecom order-to-fulfillment architecture.

- Govern CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations.

- Guide developers and review technical designs.

- Drive best practices and platform governance.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture exposure.

- Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and Telecom OMT.

- Strong understanding of telecom domain (BSS/OSS, Order Lifecycle).

- Expertise in integrations, automation, and CMDB strategy.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- ServiceNow CSA.

- CIS ITSM / ITOM / CSM.

- ServiceNow CTA (Highly Preferred).
