Hiring : D365 User Role Security Architect - Supply Chain Management.

We are looking for an experienced D365 User Role Security Architect with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and security design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and maintain user roles and security access within D365 Supply Chain Management.

- Evaluate user access requirements across SCM process areas, including :.

1. Order Fulfillment.

2. Repair Operations.

3. Inventory Management.

- Configure and manage user roles in D365 and Fastpath.

- Run Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, analyze conflicts, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure security roles align with business processes, compliance requirements, and least-privilege principles.

- Partner with SCM business stakeholders, IT teams, and auditors to validate access needs.

- Document role design, access decisions, and SoD remediation activities.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management security.

- Deep understanding of SCM processes and how they are configured in D365.

- Proven experience designing user roles, duties, and privileges.

- Experience using Fastpath for access control and SoD analysis.

- Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts and risk mitigation.

- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in regulated or audit-driven environments.

- Familiarity with D365 security best practices and compliance frameworks.

- Prior experience supporting UAT, go-live, or post-production audits.
