Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Scrum-based delivery models and Repair Operations to support complex business initiatives.
The role focuses on translating business needs into clear requirements, optimizing repair and service workflows, and working closely with cross-functional agile teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in repair operations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience working in agile/scrum environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to repair operations, service workflows, and operational systems
- Translate requirements into user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Work closely with Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
- Analyze and optimize repair operations processes, including intake, diagnostics, repair lifecycle, turnaround time, and SLA management
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in existing systems and workflows
- Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business and operational needs
- Track requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with data and reporting teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics
- Support change management, documentation, and user training efforts
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Strong experience working in Scrum / Agile methodologies
- Proven domain expertise in Repair Operations, service management, or after-sales operations
- Hands-on experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs, SLAs, and workflow optimization
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and product
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or service operations
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms or ERP/CRM systems
- Exposure to process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
- Scrum or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) is a plus
