Job Title : SAP SD/SM Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled SAP SD/SM Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, enhancement, and support of our SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Service Management (SM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP configuration, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and design solutions within SAP SD and SM modules.

- Configure and maintain :

1. Order-to-Cash processes (Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing)

2. Service Orders, Service Contracts, and Warranties

3. Resource-Related Billing (DP90)

- Integrate SD and SM processes with other modules (MM, FI, PM).

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot system issues.

- Collaborate with ABAP developers for customizations and enhancements.

- Support end-user training and documentation.

- Participate in SAP rollout/implementation projects.

- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in SAP SD and/or SM modules.

- Proven experience in configuration and process design.

- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Service Management flows.

- Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in SD or SM modules.

- Knowledge of integration with CRM, CS, or PM modules.

- Exposure to Service Notifications, Equipment Management, and Installed Base (IBase).

- Experience with project-based services or field service operations.
