About the Role :

Enterprise Minds is seeking an experienced SAP Project Systems (SAP PS) Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and optimization of project management processes in SAP. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of SAP PS processes, integration with related SAP modules, and hands-on experience with S/4HANA environments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

1. SAP PS Implementation & Support :

- Lead or support end-to-end SAP PS implementations and rollouts.

- Configure Project Systems components such as Project Definitions, WBS elements, Networks, and Activities.

- Set up project profiles, costing sheets, results analysis keys, and settlement rules.

2. Project Structuring & Planning :

- Build and maintain project structures, including :

i. Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)

ii. Network Activities

iii. Milestones & Confirmations

- Configure cost planning, budgeting, availability control, and revenue planning.

3. Financial & Period-End Activities :

- Handle Results Analysis (RA), settlement, project closure, and period-end closing activities.

- Coordinate with Finance teams for reconciliation and controlling processes.

4. Integrations :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for SAP PS integration with :

i. FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)

ii. MM (Materials Management)

iii. SD (Sales & Distribution)

iv. PP (Production Planning)

- Support intercompany, procurement, and billing scenarios tied to projects.

5. Enhancements, Testing & Support :

- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, and interfaces.

- Work closely with ABAP teams for development and testing.

- Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and support go-live activities.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support.

6. Stakeholder Engagement :

- Lead requirement analysis workshops with business stakeholders.

- Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.

- Provide user training and prepare end-user documentation.

7. S/4HANA Knowledge (Preferred) :

- Experience in S/4HANA Project Systems, Fiori apps for PS, and simplification items.

- Knowledge of SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) or Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is a plus.

Required Skills & Experience :

-4-12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Project Systems.

- Strong understanding of :

• Project Definitions, WBS, Networks & Activities
• Cost planning, budgeting, availability control
• Results Analysis & settlement
• Milestone management & project progress tracking

- Good integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, SD.

- Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP PS implementation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to SAP PPM / CPM.

- SAP Certification in PS or related modules.

- Knowledge of Fiori apps for PS in S/4HANA.

- Experience in Agile / Hybrid implementation environments.

Education :

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related fields.

SAP certification (optional but preferred).
