SAP ABAP & FIORI Lead :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP ABAP & FIORI Lead with deep technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA and hands-on experience in carve-out projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting complex custom developments and FIORI applications as part of global SAP carve-out initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of SAP ABAP and FIORI applications in S/4HANA environment.

- Collaborate with functional and basis teams to support carve-out implementations, ensuring data separation, object re-creation, and custom logic migration.

- Understand and manage ABAP code remediation as per S/4HANA simplification guidelines.

- Develop and enhance FIORI/UI5 apps, ensuring seamless integration with core SAP modules.

- Drive and participate in cutover planning, mock runs, technical validations, and hypercare support post go-live.

- Perform code optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across modules (FI, SD, MM, PP, QM, HR etc.).

- Work closely with data migration teams to develop transformation logic for carved-out entities.

- Ensure technical documentation, version control, and adherence to development standards.

- Mentor junior developers and coordinate development work across global teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience

- Extensive hands-on experience in S/4HANA ABAP programming (CDS Views, AMDPs, OData, Extensibility)

- Strong experience in SAP FIORI/UI5 development and SAP Gateway/OData services

- Proven carve-out project experience, especially in building custom solutions for divested business units

- Expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, ALV, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, SmartForms/Adobe Forms

- Experience in Integration scenarios using IDocs, RFCs, Proxies, or SAP PI/CPI

- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery

- Solid understanding of functional processes in FICO, SD, MM, or PP
