Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client/server scripts

- Create and maintain ServiceNow applications, catalog items, and integrations

- Perform unit testing and resolve defects to ensure software quality and performance

- Develop custom applications using ServiceNow Studio and scoped apps

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.)

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing ServiceNow modules

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional

solutions

- Maintain platform upgrades, patches, and release management

- Prepare documentation, architecture diagrams, and user training materials

Technical Skills Required :

Core Platform Skills :

- Experience in CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management

- Hands-on with HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, or GRC modules (as applicable)

Scripting & Customization :

- UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Service Portal Development

- Flow Designer, Workflows, and Orchestration

Integration & APIs :

- MID Server configuration and integration

- SSO, LDAP, Azure AD integrations

Tools & Platforms :

- Experience with Performance Analytics, Service Catalog, Notifications

- Version Control (Git) and Agile tools (JIRA)

Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - required

- Certified Application Developer (CAD) or module-specific certifications - preferred

- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service delivery processes

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines on ServiceNow

- Experience with multi-instance and domain-separated environments
