Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions that align with organizational risk management and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in GRC platforms, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance frameworks and automate risk processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize GRC solutions on platforms such as ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, or SAP GRC

- Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline risk and compliance processes

- Collaborate with risk, audit, and compliance teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Integrate GRC platforms with internal and third-party systems

- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for risk visibility and compliance tracking

- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks

- Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment of GRC applications

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within GRC systems

- Support internal and external audits by providing technical insights and system data

- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging GRC technologies

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong experience in GRC tools (ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, SAP GRC, MetricStream, etc.)

- Proficiency in scripting/programming (JavaScript, Python, or similar)

- Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation

- Good understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards

- Knowledge of ITGC, audit processes, and security controls

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Relevant certifications (preferred) :

- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)

- CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)

- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

Preferred Experience :

- Experience working in regulated industries such as BFSI, healthcare, or consulting

- Hands-on experience in implementing end-to-end GRC solutions

- Exposure to cloud security and compliance frameworks
