Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP PP / Manufacturing Planning (MPP) implementations.

- Design and optimize business processes related to production planning, MRP, demand management, capacity planning, and shop floor execution.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

- Drive S/4HANA transformation and ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards.

- Integrate SAP PP with other modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), QM (Quality Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance).

- Provide guidance on master data design (BOM, routing, work centers, production versions, etc.

- Lead system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

- Ensure seamless integration with external systems (MES, third-party tools).

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

- Mentor and guide functional consultants and junior team members.

- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and client presentations.

Key Requirements :

- 10 to 15 years of experience in SAP, with strong focus on SAP PP / Manufacturing domain.

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Lead Consultant in large-scale SAP implementations.

- Deep understanding of MRP, production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing processes.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.

- Strong knowledge of integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, QM, PM).

- Experience in working with MES systems and third-party integrations.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP certification in PP / S/4HANA Manufacturing.

- Experience in industries like Manufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, or Engineering.

- Knowledge of Advanced Planning tools (SAP APO / IBP) is a plus
