Description :
- Provide technical and functional leadership in the assigned SAP modules (MM, SD, or PPQM).
- Define system architecture, integration touchpoints, and configuration standards.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical SAP solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, propose enhancements, and ensure best practices in system design.
- Optimize existing SAP configurations to improve performance, usability, and reliability.
- Support data migration, testing, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to internal teams and clients on SAP capabilities and innovation opportunities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and project team members.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP MM or SD module implementation and support.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, enhancement, and integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, WM, etc.
- Experience in designing custom workflows, reports, and interfaces (WRICEF objects).
For SAP PPQM :
- Strong understanding of Production Planning (PP), Shop Floor Control, and Quality Management (QM) processes.
- Experience in master data management, batch management, and inspection lot handling.
- Familiarity with integration between PPQM and other SAP modules like MM, SD, and FI.
Technical Competencies :
- Strong hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in ABAP debugging, IDoc/EDI processing, and interfaces with third-party systems.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori / UI5 applications is an added advantage.
- Experience with solution documentation, test scripts, and project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Soft Skills :
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
- Client-facing experience with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
