You will be responsible for :

1. Lead the mobile development team, providing architectural direction, code reviews, and mentoring developers.

2. Own the technical roadmap and guide the team toward best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and performance optimization.

3. Evaluate and introduce modern frameworks, libraries, and tools for mobile development.

4. Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter or React Native.

5. Build and manage reusable components, modules, and libraries.

6. Integrate APIs, SDKs, analytics, and third-party services as required.

7. Ensure mobile apps meet performance, security, and reliability standards.

8. Drive the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: development, testing, CI/CD, deployment, App Store/Play Store submission, and monitoring.

9. Troubleshoot production issues and lead incident resolution.

10. Implement crash analytics, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

11. Use Git and GitHub for source control, branching strategies, pull requests, and code review workflows.

12. Establish best practices for versioning, tagging, and collaborating across distributed teams.

13. Work with product owners to translate feature requirements into robust technical solutions.

14. Collaborate with UI/UX to produce polished and intuitive mobile interfaces.

15. Align with backend teams to define API specifications, data models, and integration patterns.

What we look for in a candidate :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with minimum 8years of experience.

2. Strong hands-on expertise in Flutter and/or React Native.

3. Solid experience with Dart, JavaScript, TypeScript, and mobile UI frameworks.

4. Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSocket's, push notifications, and secure storage.

5. Strong knowledge of mobile application architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).

6. Proven experience deploying and managing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

7. Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build automation (Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions).

8. Familiarity with performance tuning, memory profiling, and debugging tools.

9. Competence in Git-based workflows using GitHub (branches, PRs, code reviews).

10. Ability to mentor junior developers and lead a high-performance engineering team.

11. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

12. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.

13. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and manage delivery commitments.

Preferred Skill that are good to have :

1. Experience in native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.

2. Experience building enterprise-grade or global-scale apps.

3. Exposure to mobile security standards and data protection guidelines.

4. Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or similar domains (optional but beneficial).
