Key Responsibilities :
- To develop a modular code-base that can be deployed on ARM-based devices
- To design, fabricate and test a portable insulin delivery device.
- To develop a front-end intuitive Graphic user interface for the ARM-based device
- To develop embedded codes that can monitor and control wireless communication, LCD integration, and other subsystems of a device
- To work with the mechanical team to build integrated prototypes, leading to an industrial product
- Hands on experience on PCB schematics & layout design, using tools Eagle & Orcad.
- Component knowledge of OP-AMP/MOSFET/IGBT/Thyristor family.
- Basic Knowledge of Micro controller Programming
- Design and develop an interactive embedded platform using ARM/ESP32/AVR/etc. offering fun-filled learning.
- Develop communication protocols and libraries for communication between the embedded platform and smartphone/computer via USB, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.
- Design robust circuits, simulations, communication protocols, PCBs, etc., and hardware prototyping for an embedded platform, part designs, supporting accessories, etc.
- Developing firmware for the products and interfacing them with a variety of accessories, smartphones, and computers over Wi-Fi, OTG, Bluetooth, USB, etc.
- Contribute to the design and development of embedded control systems for our mobile manipulator robots.
- Assist in the integration of various components, including cobot arms, motors, sensors, actuators, and power tools.
- Develop and implement control algorithms for specific robot functionalities.
- Design and develop PCBs and firmware for custom hardware solutions.
- Conduct testing and debugging of control systems, identifying and resolving any issues.
- Collaborate with software engineers to implement hardware abstraction APIs.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Contribute to the prototyping and testing of new control system designs, utilizing off-the-shelf modules and rapid prototyping techniques.
- Assist in the development and integration of ROS2 drivers for robotic components.
- Work with the mechanical team to adapt off-the-shelf power tools for robotic applications.
- Analog and Digital circuit designing
- Should have adaptive approach, Good analytical skills
- Good Communication skill and Basic Computer knowledge required.
