Embedded Developer - WLAN Protocol & Driver

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Developer with deep experience in WLAN driver and protocol stack development to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize WLAN drivers and embedded software for standards like 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax

- Work extensively with Linux WLAN frameworks such as mac80211 and cfg80211

- Integrate WLAN drivers with various chipsets using PCIe, SDIO, or USB

- Debug and resolve complex wireless and protocol-level issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and high-performance solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong programming skills in C/C++

- Proven hands-on experience with Linux kernel WLAN driver development

- Good exposure to WLAN chipsets (e.g., Qualcomm, Broadcom, MediaTek)

- Deep understanding of WLAN protocols and networking fundamentals

- Familiarity with embedded development workflows and debugging tools.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Wi-Fi certification processes

- Knowledge of Wireshark, Linux trace/debug tools, or JTAG

- Contributions to open-source WLAN projects.
