About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in C/C++ development, Linux system programming, and low-level hardware interactions.

You will work on challenging projects involving embedded systems, contribute to innovative solutions, and participate in cross-functional development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain embedded software using C, Embedded C, or C++.

- Perform Linux application and system programming, including using system calls and interacting with hardware at a low level.

- Work with device trees and kernel interfaces in Linux.

- Contribute to software design, implementation, debugging, and testing of embedded systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.

- Utilize version control and project management tools such as Git, Repo, Perforce, etc.

- Participate in technical discussions, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Optional : Contribute to patents, publications, and represent the organization in industry conferences.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- BE in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics & Electrical from a reputed institution.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in embedded software development, with 2-3 years in a similar role.

- Strong proficiency in C programming (mandatory).

- Solid understanding of Linux operating system, tools, and libraries.

- Familiarity with low-level hardware interactions and system calls.

- Basic knowledge of coding, compilation, and debugging in Linux environments.

- Good understanding of Agile development processes and software configuration management.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desired / Added Advantages :

- ME/MS degree in a relevant field.

- Experience in creating patents or publications.

- DFSS Green Belt certification.
