About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Email Developer to join our marketing technology team.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and optimize responsive and dynamic email templates that enhance customer engagement and align with our digital marketing goals.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a strong understanding of email platforms and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop responsive, cross-platform HTML email templates and dynamic campaigns using marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).

- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to convert creative assets into functional, high-performing email communications.

- Ensure flawless rendering and compatibility across all major email clients, browsers, and devices.

- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to drive optimization.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to industry standards.

- Integrate emails with APIs and CRM systems where required.

- Troubleshoot rendering issues, test functionality, and ensure deliverability best practices.

- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) in email marketing and development.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HTML/CSS email development.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with scripting (AMPscript, JavaScript, or Liquid).

- Experience with major ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Braze, etc.).

- Working knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.

- Familiarity with APIs and data-driven email personalization.

- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, design, and development teams.
