We have immediate Openings for Software Developer - Tech Lead with 5 - 7 years of experience in Software development related to e-commerce Projects.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with PHP, also using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) while adhering to internal coding standards, best practices, and industry frameworks.

- Ensure timely execution of projects with a strong focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability.

- Take full ownership of assigned modules and deliverables, demonstrating accountability without the need for constant supervision.

- Lead the technical aspects of projects by guiding team members, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring task delegation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and Product Management to meet project goals and deadlines.

- Troubleshoot complex programming challenges, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and be willing to learn new tools, frameworks, or programming languages as project needs evolve.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :

- 5 to 6 years of full-stack development experience, with hands-on expertise in MERN stack technologies and PHP.

- Proven experience leading a development team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful project delivery.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, and microservices architecture.

- Practical experience with version control systems such as Git, code documentation, and CI/CD practices.

- Ability to overcome complex technical challenges through logical reasoning, clean coding approach, and problem-solving.

- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.

- Strong commitment to deadlines, project ownership, and independent decision-making.

- Sound knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and scalability best practices.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and task tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
